Stepping Towards a Greener Tomorrow takes kids out of the back seat (figuratively and literally) and gets them involved in planning healthy communities.
STGT is a partnership with Ever Active Schools. It connects urban planners and city builders with students and teaches them about the design process, how to build healthy places, and how they can make a difference when it comes to climate change. By the end of the project, we’ll have initiatives created by and for kids, that turn their school communities into walkable, welcoming places with safe routes to school and safe routes to the grocery store.
