Recruiting New Board Members

The Board and Volunteer recruitment committee is inviting nominations for vacant board positions.

Sustainable Calgary has more than 25 years of research, education, advocacy and on-the ground community-based projects in Calgary. We have a young, diverse and dynamic Board of Directors, supporting an outstanding team of artists, urban planners, architects, designers, writers and engineers

Sustainable Calgary will be holding its 2022 AGM on March 30, 2022. Nominations are open until March 15. Interested individuals can apply to the Recruitment Committee with a 200 - 400 word statement of your interest and the skills you would bring to the board, and a recent resume.

You can also nominate another individual you feel would be an asset to our Board. You should confirm with that individual that they are interested before you submit a nomination, and include contact information for the individual.

Each nominee with be contacted by a current board member before a final slate of nominees is prepared for the AGM.
